My motivation is my family… being able to sustain good practices consistently. I usually do 1, 2 and 3 practices per day. It is all about recovery. I take one DBR before practice, one after practice, for every practice and combine it with 47 Fruits & Veggies. The nutritional value I get from both of them is really making a huge difference. I am leaner and lighter than I have ever been. I am coming back to every workout like it is the first one of the day.
